The Teaching Faculty

The school employs a dynamic team of faculty members who are competent, qualified, trained, experienced, committed, and highly motivated, result – oriented subject experts.

They adopt personalized instruction approaches in order to improve the performance of the individual students. They give special attention to the low achievers through remedial classes.

Our teachers perform multiple roles in the teaching learning process in order to accomplish the multidimensional transformation of the child. While doing so, they discharge their duties invariably as subject experts, tutors, mentors, disciplinarians, facilitators, catalysts, counselors, and as role models in the classrooms.

Periodical staff development programmes are organized to enhance their professional skills and techniques. Periodical performance evaluation of teachers is done to motivate them to perform at the top of their ability so as to improve the academic proficiency of the students.
